Hi, I'm Nguyen Le Quoc Viet, currently serving as the Survey Programming Manager at TGM. With a background in software development and over 10 years of experience in market research and digital operations, I bring a deep passion for innovation and client-focused solutions. At TGM, I lead the strategic direction of our survey programming initiatives, manage a skilled remote team, and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
What does a typical day in your life look like?
Every day begins with aligning our team’s priorities to ensure seamless project execution. I carefully review project requirements, analyze questionnaires, and assess client expectations to develop realistic timelines and allocate resources efficiently. Supporting my team’s technical growth and professional development is also a key part of my role.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything - I regularly participate in pre-sales calls, project kickoffs, and debriefs to ensure our solutions are precisely tailored to each client’s needs. Another essential part of my day involves exploring emerging technologies, enhancing our survey platform, and refining internal processes. Whether it's optimizing our AI-powered survey creation tools or advancing our TestBot for automated quality assurance, I’m constantly seeking smarter, faster ways to elevate our work and exceed client expectations.
What has been the most impactful project or contribution you've made at TGM? What are you most proud of?
I believe every project is important because each one reflects our commitment to client satisfaction. But if I had to highlight one area, it would be our integration of AI into the survey programming process. By developing and deploying tools like our AI Survey Generator and AI TestBot, we've revolutionized how surveys are created and validated - cutting down turnaround time while boosting accuracy and reliability. These innovations not only enhance the client experience but also empower our survey programmers to work more efficiently. I'm proud to be part of a team that embraces continuous improvement and isn't afraid to learn from challenges to deliver the best possible outcomes.
