My name is Trúc Nhi, and I’m a Marketing Executive at TGM Research. In my role, I focus on building and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and connect with our audiences. My work covers a wide range of activities—from creating content and running digital campaigns to supporting cross-team projects to ensure our messaging stays consistent. What drives me is finding clear and engaging ways to highlight the value of TGM’s research solutions and helping the company reach and resonate with the right clients.
What does a typical day in your life look like?
My days usually combine creativity and strategy. I start by checking how our campaigns are performing and reviewing data to understand what’s working. Then I shift into content creation—writing, designing visuals, and editing videos to make sure our messages stand out. I also collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business goals and join planning sessions for upcoming projects. It’s a mix of analysis, hands-on creative work, and teamwork that keeps everything moving forward.
What’s the best part of working in Marketing department, especially at TGM?
For me, the best part of working in Marketing at TGM is the balance between creativity and impact. I get to turn insights into stories, whether through content, design, or campaigns, that not only showcase what we do but also spark conversations with the right audiences. What makes it even better is the collaborative environment, where I can work across teams, experiment with new ideas, and see how our work directly contributes to the company’s growth.
