Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your role at TGM?
I'm Natalia, based in Poland, and I've been working as a People Partner at TGM for the past year. My role revolves around handling various HR responsibilities, such as managing internal policies, holidays, recruitment, and onboarding. One of my key focuses is fostering connections between our employees, regardless of the geographical distance. I'm also available as a point of contact for any HR-related questions our team might have.
What does a typical day in your life look like?
Every day is unique and comes with its own set of tasks and challenges, which can vary depending on the time of the month or year. My days are filled with conversations with TGM employees, conducting trainings, interviews, and onboarding sessions, and working on refining internal policies and processes. The variety keeps things dynamic, which I really enjoy.
What’s the best part of working in HR, especially at TGM?
The best part is the people. I love interacting with our team and supporting them whenever they need it. The international environment at TGM is truly inspiring, and working with such a diverse group of individuals from different countries and cultures has enriched my experience in so many ways. I also feel a great sense of fulfillment knowing that my work positively contributes to our company’s work culture. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of that growth.
