Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your role at TGM?
My name is Mai Anh, and I’m from Vietnam. I work as a Senior Marketing Executive at TGM Research. In my role, I’m responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that help elevate our brand visibility and engage our target audiences. This includes everything from content creation, managing digital campaigns, to coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver consistent messaging. My goal is to communicate the value of TGM’s services in a way that resonates with our clients and drives growth.
What does a typical day in your life look like?
A typical day for me starts with reviewing the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and analyzing data to assess what’s working and what needs improvement. I spend a lot of time brainstorming ideas for content, writing, and collaborating with the design and sales teams to align our marketing efforts. I also attend strategy meetings to discuss upcoming projects and marketing opportunities. My day is a blend of creative work, data analysis, and constant communication with different departments to keep everything running smoothly.
What does it mean for you to be an introvert in a job designed for extroverts?
Being an introvert in a role that often requires extroverted traits can be challenging, but I’ve found ways to adapt. Marketing involves a lot of communication and collaboration, which pushes me out of my comfort zone, but I see it as an opportunity for growth. I focus on the strengths that come with being an introvert—like the ability to listen deeply, reflect on ideas, and approach challenges thoughtfully. It’s about finding a balance between stepping out when needed and taking quiet moments to recharge. Ultimately, it’s rewarding to contribute to something impactful while staying true to my personality.
