On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible achievements of women throughout history and around the world. From trailblazing leaders to everyday heroes, women have made significant contributions to every aspect of society.

This year, our key IWD theme is to #EmbraceEquity. To us, embracing equity means establishing a workplace that is just and equitable for all employees, where everyone has equal access to resources, support, and opportunities to overcome obstacles and reach their maximum potential.

Not just today, but every day, we will strive to create a more gender-equal world to the best of our ability!

A message from CEO Greg Laski
Achieving a work-life balance is often a challenging task for many women. Although progress has been made in breaking through barriers and advocating for gender equality in the workplace, women still face significant challenges such as gender bias, discrimination, and unequal pay. At TGM, we strongly believe in equal rights for everyone. While we may not be able to change the world, we can certainly change the way we treat our team members. Our company values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we strive to create a supportive workplace culture that values and empowers women. By doing so, we hope to address some of the systemic barriers that women face.

It's important to recognize and celebrate the achievements of women in the workplace. By advocating for a more equitable and inclusive workplace for all, we can shine a light on our successes and contributions, inspiring the next generation of women leaders and change-makers.

Let's work together to make gender equality a reality in every workplace!

How has TGM empowered you as a woman?

We asked some of our team members to share their thoughts on IWD and what it’s like working at TGM as a woman. Listen to their stories below!
How has TGM empowered you as a woman?
“I joined TGM as an Account Manager nearly 3 years ago. If I were to be honest, working here is not just a job for me. It's an experience of being part of a dynamic and supportive community that empowers you to reach your full potential while making a meaning impact in the world. As a woman, breaking through the glass ceiling isn't easy. I was lucky enough to find myself a company that listens to my opinions and value my contributions. TGM has provided me with a platform to showcase my abilities and allow me to freely express my ideas. I am grateful for everyone who believed in me, empowering me to make my own decisions and continually grow in my career path"
Ayesha Fathima, Account Director APAC at TGM
How has TGM empowered you as a woman?
“As you all know, the IT industry is still predominantly male-dominated. Being the only female in my department, I expected a lot of challenges to fit in, but that definitely wasn't the case. I only started working at TGM for 3 months, and my colleagues have been more than welcoming. They are supportive of me and always make sure my opinions are heard. I am more empowered to work even when we are working remotely.”
