Celebrating Global Collaboration: Highlights from the Pagoda Projects
TGM Research celebrates global collaboration with Pagoda Projects interns, showcasing cultural exchange, fresh ideas, and inspiring real-world impact.
Highlights from the Pagoda Projects
At TGM Research, we believe in creating opportunities that transcend borders where young talents can learn, contribute, and thrive on a global stage. Our recent collaboration with Pagoda Projects is an example of how cultural exchange and real-world experience can spark creativity, innovation, and meaningful connections.
A Journey of Global Learning and Connection
Over the past month, TGM Vietnam proudly welcomed a group of international interns as part of Pagoda Projects’ global internship initiative. These students stepped into our vibrant, fast-paced environment with curiosity and energy, eager to immerse themselves in real-world projects and cross-cultural teamwork.
From day one, the interns embraced the challenge of combining global perspectives with local insights, diving deep into marketing strategies, research data, and creative brainstorming sessions. Their fresh perspectives and willingness to explore new ideas brought an exciting dynamic to our team.
"This internship has been an eye-opening experience"
“The TGM team has been incredibly welcoming, and I’ve learned so much about how cultural differences can drive creativity and innovation.”

Empowering Future Leaders Through Leadership in Action
As part of this journey, we were honored to lead the Leadership in Action workshop, hosted by Pagoda Projects at the Fimexco office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Guided by our Chief Experience Officer, Tatiana Masalska-Laska, the workshop explored what it truly means to lead with purpose in a global environment. Through discussions on cultural intelligence, adaptability, and ownership, the students discovered that leadership isn’t just a title: it’s about taking action, even in unfamiliar territories.
Final Presentation Day – Turning Ideas into Impact
The collaboration concluded with the final presentation day, where interns showcased the results of their hard work. From actionable research findings to creative campaign concepts, they impressed the room with their strategic thinking and collaborative spirit.
Each presentation reflected not only their academic knowledge but also the cultural learning and hands-on experience gained throughout their time at TGM.
A big thank you to Pagoda Projects for this meaningful partnership, and to the interns—Jamie Hulmston, Halle Jones, Martha Reed-Foster, and Katarzyna Monika Szczegielniak—for their dedication and fresh ideas. Watching young global talent grow, contribute, and connect has been truly inspiring.
