TGM Research at the Women in Business Seminar Vietnam: Data-Driven Insights on Inclusive Leadership

On March 25, 2026, the seminar “Women in Business: Building Inclusive Leadership for Growth” brought together diplomats, corporate executives, and professionals to discuss the role of inclusive leadership in business performance and long-term growth in Vietnam.

The event was co-hosted by the Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and Women in Tech Vietnam at Friendship Tower in Ho Chi Minh City. Participants from various industries joined the discussion to explore how inclusive workplace cultures and stronger leadership pipelines can support sustainable business development.

Representing TGM Research, Chief Experience Officer Tatiana Masalska-Laska contributed to the event with a presentation focused on data-driven perspectives on gender equality and leadership.

During the session “Data-Driven ROI of Inclusivity,” Tatiana shared insights highlighting the relationship between gender equality and organizational performance.

Vietnam currently ranks 25th globally in Economic Participation and Opportunity, reflecting strong participation of women in the workforce. However, women remain underrepresented in senior leadership positions.

This gap highlights the importance of strengthening inclusive leadership pathways and creating opportunities for women to advance into decision-making roles. Research across global markets continues to show that organizations with more inclusive leadership structures often benefit from stronger collaboration, improved productivity, and higher levels of employee engagement.

The event fostered an open and engaging atmosphere, bringing together leaders and professionals from diverse industries to exchange perspectives on inclusive leadership. Discussions throughout the seminar reflected a shared interest in strengthening leadership opportunities and building workplace cultures that support both diversity and long-term business growth in Vietnam.
