The form of care for pets, particularly dogs, is also evolving. Pets are increasingly seen as faithful companions for daily adventures and many individuals choose to take their pets to public places, such as restaurants, stores, or even the workplace.

As a result of this trend, one of the clients has engaged TGM to conduct a survey to gain an in-depth understanding of consumer opinions on pet-friendly facilities in public places.
