This includes gathering information about their opinions, perceptions, and behaviors related to the prevention and treatment of the virus. By gaining insight into the specific concerns and attitudes of this particular group, our client can work to better address their needs and concerns and improve communication and understanding surrounding COVID-19 in Italy.

Challenge:

The first challenge when conducting online research in Italy is asking people about their health conditions, which can be difficult due to its sensitivity. Additionally, Italy has strict rules about protecting personal data, following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its own privacy laws like the Italian Personal Data Protection Code.
